Checkout is 10am or earlier

Please leave the house as you generally found it.

Checkout Checklist

  • All belongings and any food removed (opened or unopened)
  • Dishes washed
  • Sign out of streaming services on TVs
  • Used towels left in the bathrooms
  • Rubbish and recycling placed in the council bins provided
  • BBQ cleaned — a cleaning fee applies if it's left dirty
  • Bins put out at the kerb if you're leaving on Sunday (see Bins below)
  • Key returned to the lockbox — see Before You Come → Arrival & Access

This section is deliberately easy to find — check back here if you're not sure what to do with rubbish on your way out.

Put bins out: Sunday, ready for Monday morning collection.

If you're leaving on Sunday: we'd appreciate you putting the bins out at the kerb on your way — it's a big help for Monday's collection.

Prawn shells: if you love prawns, keep the leftover shells in the freezer and place them in the bin just before you leave (or on Sunday night, before collection) — trust us on this one.

Where to place rubbish/recycling: put it in the council bins provided.
